The best thing is she always keeps you informed about everything going on you dont have to wait for her call she is right on top of things. Most of all she becomes your friend and treats you with the utmost respect. Rose is the best realtor we have ever worked with.
Rose was wonderful!!! Not only was she patient but she was understanding and walked us through our home purchasing with such ease... Had it not be for Rose understanding of the market, we would have rushed into purchasing a home we would have later regret.. The knowledge that she brings to her career is excellent!!! I not only consider Rose as my realtor but as a friend... Highly recommended and should we ever decide to sell our home, we will definitely use her again... Thank you Rose Canha!! You are awesome
Rose was an amazing! We had a tricky situation come up. 2 weeks before closing on a home the seller pulled out and we were devastated. Rose worked double time helping us find a home. Rose was knowledgeable, kind and overall excellent! I am so pleased to now call Rose a friend. I would highly recommend Rose to any and all!
Rosa Canha is highly recommended. Her input when viewing our home to get it market ready made all the difference. Our home sold in two days for the asking price due to her input on what buyers are looking for when purchasing a home. Her years of experience and guidance made all the difference. She handled everything right up to the closing, we could not of had a smoother transaction. On a personal note Rose realy cares about the people you can see the joy it brings her when someone finds there perfect home. I will recommend Rose Canha to all my family and friends.
As I am sitting here in my very first home, I can’t help but think this is a dream. And it was. And then there was Rose who helped my dream come true! I can’t say enough about this woman! She made me feel like I was family! She is just as proud of me as my own family and I will HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thank you Rose from the bottom of my heart!!! You went way above any and all of my expectations! You are truly the best!!!!!
As first-time homebuyers, Rose was patient and understanding while walking us through the whole process. She went above and beyond to get us into our dream home. She treated us with professionalism but also cared for us like we were family.
Rose did a great job marketing my home. I used two other realtors prior to Rose and her expertise was uncompared. I would highly recommend Rose to friends and acquaintances selling a home. I intend to use Rose for my next house sale. She is a 5 star realtor.
Rose made you feel like you knew her for a long time. Her attention to detail and the knowledge of the area she is showing a house in is impeccable. When Rose didn't have an answer to a question she would figure it out and promptly answer your question. Never made me feel I was a back seat driver, quite the opposite, helped guide a first time buyer such as myself as to what routes to take and reassured me when and if I had a concern that I was heard when I stated any and it would be dealt with. I have recommended Rose to a fellow co worker and my fiancé has already given her name out to those that are about to look into buying a home. She has already helped a friend of mine in the purchase of her first home, small world.
Selling my home was a very difficult decision for me to make. I didn’t know what exactly I was looking for when I was looking for a realtor. I noticed Rose was ALL over social media which I think is important posting homes for sale, clear to close and sold so I decided to reach out. When I purchased my house I had a very odd experience to say the least so I really didn’t know what to expect! When she initially came into my home, she helped me see all the things I needed to do in order to get my house in perfect selling order which I feel she did not have to do. She provided advice every step of the way. She answered all my questions. Then, my home sold in six days, then had the buyer fall through. She did not let me feel defeated even for a second, listed the home and it sold again in three days. She is just an amazing person and realtor. ROSE CANHA IS THE REALTOR! Just meet with her - you will see in that first meeting how much she loves what she does and how much she loves to help people! Thank you for EVERYTHING Rose. And making this tough time just that much easier!
Rose is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Realestate. She is honest, hard working and will fight hard to be sure everything runs smoothly. We feel Rose went above and beyond to make us feel extremely important and special. She was our support and had our backs through every step from photo to keys. We can’t thank Rose enough for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her and Trend 2000 to anyone loooking to buy or sell a home.
It was my first time purchasing a home and I was nervous because I didn't know anything about it and Rose made it a great first time experience. She was patient and answered all of my questions, and explained everything, step by step. She was always looking out for my best interests and found properties matching the qualities I was looking for. Rose went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my first home purchase was a great one =) I would highly recommend Rose to any family or friends who are looking to purchase a home or property.
Rose is a very professional realstate agent Rose put our need above all else.I remember Rose found that the home that we were interested in and eventually bought had a deceased owner on the deed the selling agent did not catch this but Rose doing what Rose does best she covered all the bases and found this out so we could get the house into probate as soon as possible.this only held us up for 3 weeks it could of been a whole lot longer if it wasn’t for Rose. I would recommend Rose to anyone looking to buy a home Roseis very trustworthy has excellent knowledge of realstate market and the region Rose is by far the best agent you can possibly have.
