Rose Canha with Trend 2000 was the listing agent on a property that we were very much interested in seeing and when we met with her we felt she understood our needs perfectly. After showing us just three properties, we were shown a property that we couldn't pass up. In fact, we made an offer on the spot. Also Rose's contacts helped my husband (who's a Veteran) and myself obtain a mortgage for our new home. I believe that Rose made our home purchase a breeze. She was always eager to help us in any way with our home purchase (faxing paperwork, making phone calls, ect.)She guided us through the process with ease. After a year of being in our home we are as satisfied as ever that this was the right house for us. Rose made you feel like you knew her for a long time. Her attention to detail and the knowledge of the area she is showing a house in is impeccable.
