I was so fortunate to work with Rosanne Holmes. She helped me sell two homes that I owned in the Phoenix area. The tricky thing for me was that I live in California and owned the homes as investment properties. It was really tough to get the homes ready to sell from so far away. Rosanne was hugely helpful throughout the process. She helped me find trusted contractors who could get my homes ready. She knew which issues I needed to address and how best to address them. Bottom line, she helped me get both of my homes in great shape, quickly and relatively inexpensively. The upshot of all this was that I was able to sell both homes for a great price.
