I was recommended several agents when I started looking for a home. Rosanna was easily the best choice we could have made. She made the process simple and answered our 1000’s of questions throughout the way. When we started looking we only had an idea of what kind of home we were looking for and she was able to dial in to our vision and show us several homes that fit our criteria. She continued to go above and beyond through the entire process and helped us get our first home .

Buying a house entailed overwhelming process but Rosanna was helpful and knowledgeable all throughout. She answered my questions and provided insights but was respectful of our thoughts and opinions about our options as well. She’s very responsive in terms of communication and she’s really approachable. It was nice working with her.

Rosanna made the process so simple and easy to understand for us being first time home buyers, she was ALWAYS so honest and explained everything so thoroughly from the very beginning. Her negotiation skills, communication skills, and attention to detail made us feel at ease knowing we were not alone. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Rosanna’s insight was extremely valuable to us and I don't think we could have done this without her!! :) We are now living a dream thanks to her!! :)

This is the second time we have worked with Rosanna. The first time was with the purchase of our first home and the second was with the sale (some property). Rosanna was very prepared with information and anticipated some of the questions we asked during both sides of the transactions. She always kept us informed of the progress, made suggestions as needed based on current market trends. She was always very professional and understood what we were looking to do both times. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We definitely recommend Rosanna for your real estate needs and would work with her again without any hesitation. Rosanna is the best realtor she was able to sale my mother in law’s mobile home when other agents weren’t able too. Then she was able to help us buy are very first home ❤️. Rosanna has good communication skills, very knowledgeable, she’s honest and Resourcefulness. Will highly recommended her.
