Rosalie represented us during the recent sale of our home, and we are very glad she did. She advised us on the preparation of our home and created a marketing plan that was wildly successful. We received 25 offers in the first week which would have been overwhelming were it not for Rosalie’s steady hand. Her attention to detail, honesty, tenacity and suprising knowledge of how the negotiations would proceed were truly impressive. The value of homes is so great now that its important to be represented by a realtor with experience. Certainly I won’t be entering into any future real estate negotiations without Rosalie Zabilla in my corner.
