We recently hired Rosalee to help us sell our condo and would not hesitate to use her again. Not only were we happy with the sale price, but also the support we received throughout the entire process. She connected us with relevant services including helping us find someone to clean our unit prior to the open house. Most importantly, when we hit an unanticipated snag immediately prior to the closing, Rosalee and her team went out of their way to make sure the closing went forward as planned (including meeting contractors at the unit while we were out of town, and staying with them to make sure the work was done on time). We really grew to value her input and she is currently helping us find our new home. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
