ROSA SIFUENTEZ

I came to Rosa at the end of May 2020, ready to buy a house but with a pretty small budget for Oakland. Even with my budget, Rosa never made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. I would send her homes I was interested in, and she would respond quickly and get in touch with seller's realtors--not easy, especially in the middle of a pandemic! Rosa was always honest about a house though, and helped me through my first home-buying experience. In only a matter of 2 months, I was able to close on a small house that was in my preferred neighborhood and well BELOW my budget--she even negotiated the house price further down from asking. Through it all, Rosa was patient, good-humored, and honest. If I ever need to buy or sell a home in the future, I'm calling her first!

Rosa and I discussed a plan and she did a very good job of executing it. We had great communication between us. She did very well finding what I was looking for. She was very professional in all of our actions together. I would recommend Rosa anytime.
