From the very beginning of setting up the sale of my father’s house, due to his passing, Rosa was the most patient, understanding, competent and friendly professional my family and I had ever dealt with. She made herself easily and readily available, answered all our questions, and was quick to research what wasn’t known immediately with an equally quick update. She became more than a sales rep to us to being one of the family and a true friend. An extremely hard and difficult situation, because we were from out of state became much more comfortable to deal with. Honestly we would have been lost without her. Granted we had a lot to do but she was our Godsend. Cannot praise her enough.

Rosa showed us every home we wanted to see and made sure every detail of our negotiations was as good as it could be. She knows the market well and fought on our behalf for each detail of our transaction. She knows who to contact to get the best inspectors, repair people and estimators. She followed up with all potential problems and got a structural engineer to make sure repairs were properly executed. She was always there for us and helped with each concern that we had. We are incredible grateful to have had such a wonderful agent in our corner. I would happily give her 10 stars and recommend her to everyone.
