Rosa has to be the best realtor out there. Not only was our property sold in less than 30 days. It was picked by the Miami Board of Realtors as one of featured properties the first week it was listed! Rosa only had to have one open house for our property. And it just so happens that the open house took place during a tropical storm! Due to all of her prep work, the open house was a complete success and we had five offers by the end of the day. Rosa took the time to explain each offer in detail and never pushed us to settle on anything. What I loved about my experience with Rosa as our realtor is how accessible she was to us. Communication was constant, which we loved! We never had to wait for her to return a call. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. In fact, I was so happy with the outcome, that my mom ended up selling her house and using Rosa's incredible services.
