After under-pricing the home by nearly 15...
After under-pricing the home by nearly 15% (which we addressed before listing and were proven correct), seemed generally more interested in the buyers representation than ours. A lot of nervous energy about the transaction for items that never mattered / materialized. Her referrals for service were fair at best. A plumber was 50% over one found on our own. She seems like a nice lady, but was not someone I would use again to buy or sell a home.
