Ronna was such a great help for our first time home buying experience! she made great recommendations of people to work with for loans. She explained everything about the process. She told us when she thought we wouldn't make money back on a house (based off of location, price, and condition). She responded promptly to texts when we had questions or wanted to look at a house. She never pressured us into something we didn't want or something out of our price range. She did explain how increasing our budget would increase our monthly payment, but she didn't push us to increase our budget. We had some particular items on our want list that would have been hard to find in our price range, but Ronna made it happen! We will definitely use Ronna again when it is time to sell our home and purchase a new one. She really knows what she is doing and tries to be as helpful as possible.
