Communication is key. She answered my first call to her that would show up as a regular number on her end, I asked a few questions about what I wanted to do(selling and buying). Gave me answers without feeling pressured to continue doing business with her. Felt comfortable and chose her to complete my sell with she did and purchase which she helped every step of the way. Made the whole process very easy on my end.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with my agent Ronna Hays. I don’t have enough awesome things to say about Ronna. Great people skills and a smile that puts you at ease. She asked me what I was looking for in a home and the location. She did her homework because every property we viewed had my needs and if it didn’t she briefed me prior to viewing. No wasted time, very caring and professional. Once we began the buying process Ronna walked me through each step and answered my questions in a timely manner. I felt extremely comfortable and confident. I was very impressed with my agent, even the loan officer was impressed, that meant everything to me. If I ever sell, I will work with only Ronna and the same with referrals she will have my business for life.

Ronna was beyond incredible from the very beginning. Extremely attentive and always available for communication. She was so very friendly, professional and always on our side with our best interests first and foremost. Buying a home is a very daunting, frustrating and anxious process, Ronna made us so comfortable from start to finish with her quick communication, honesty and I might add she is quite tenacious for how cute and sweet she is. I would highly recommend Ronna as an agent for buying or selling. Cute as button but tough as nails!!
