Roni had had great knowledge of our market area and we had over 40 viewing requests on the first weekend. With multiple offers and activity, things moved very quickly but Roni and David were very professional throughout the whole process. We were kept up to date on the various steps from start to finish, and just as we were running out of moving boxes, Roni showed up at our house with a truck full of them. I don't do many reviews, but I was impressed by how calm both Roni and David were dealing with each phase of the journey.
