Met Roni online in the Embassy Lakes Facebook page. I was attracted to her because of her great posts and personality. We lived out of state and wanted to find a new home in the location of Embassy Lakes. I took a chance and contacted her and asked her to be my buyers representative. Roni had had great knowledge of our market area and we had over 40 viewing requests on the first weekend. With multiple offers and activity, things moved very quickly but Roni and David were very professional throughout the whole process. We were kept up to date on the various steps from start to finish, and just as we were running out of moving boxes, Roni showed up at our house with a truck full of them.
