He worked to get the best deal in negotiations. He created a beautiful listing, that resulted in a showing and offer the next day. He went above & beyond in all aspects of the sale, and brought a wealth of knowledge when meeting contractors on-site for work that needed to be done. (He even watered my plants and fed my koi when there.) Overall, Ron, in coordination with Ellie, made the whole process smooth. He treated the sale of my house as if it was his own, looked out for my best interest, and closed on my house in 30 days. Best of all, he is warm and a joy to work with!
