We had an excellent experience with Ron Suarez and his team. Ron has an in-depth knowledge of North Hutchinson Island and the surrounding areas, especially condominiums. The marketing materials including the photography, video and website were of the highest quality. Ron found a qualified buyer for our property within a week of listing it. Ron was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He was competent and professional in every aspect of the transaction from arranging for cleaning of the property to providing all required documentation to our buyer's lender to donating a few pieces of furniture that we could not move out of the unit. Selling a condo from 1400 miles away required working with a highly competent and experienced realtor. So glad I chose the Ron & Ellie Suarez team at Dale & Sorenson. Ron was easy to work with, always on top of the fast moving market conditions, and provided great ideas on how to best attract potential buyers. You won't be disappointed! He is also surrounded by an efficient team that made the closing a breeze even though we were in the Boston area. I highly recommend Ron Suarez because he will get the job done.
Ron was so amazing throughout the entire process! He is personable and so knowledgeable about the market and kept us informed on what to expect every step of the way. Ron went above and beyond our expectations of what a realtor would do and we could not be happier. Ron really took into account our new family and what we wanted to have for our new son growing up and found us what could truely be our forever home. If I could recommend Ron to everyone who would listen to me I would do it over and over again. Thank you to Ron and Ellie for making this so easy for our family!
