He answered my calls and responded to text messages immediately, with rare exception. With obvious experience and knowledge, he answered most questions without hesitation. When specific research was needed, he followed through and got back to me in a timely manner. He communicated with the buyer's realtor, coordinated schedules for events (appraisal, inspection, walkthrough, etc.) and supported me by being present and available. He made sure that all Covid rules were known, posted, and followed. In every way, Ron Phillips was there to protect and support me in the sale of my home. Mr. Phillips was the best agent for me. He was always so considerate, and would always pick me up on time, to look at properties. He was always very calm, and especially very experienced, because he knew how to look at each property, to see if it matched my lists of wants.
