We initially met Ron Cress when we rented a home from him upon moving back to Florida. After several months, I told him of our desire to move closer to my job, and he helped us find a home in the desired location. Due to the hot housing market, we looked at several different homes, and finally found the place that we bought. Our new home was about 40 miles from where we were renting, and Ron made several trips to our new home to accommodate us, prior to us moving in. I feel that Ron really had our best interest in mind. He helped in negotiating a fair price and he made sure that the closing process went very smoothly. I truly feel that Ron Cress was a great agent, and I am pleased to have known him and to have worked with him.
