I generally do not write reviews on my real estate agents but on this occasion, I felt the need to let others know about my experience with the latest sale. I’ve bought and sold many homes around the U.S and have dealt with a lot of different personalities when it comes to agents. Ron Radtke stepped into our life with incredible patience with us and expert knowledge of the local real estate market. He was patient enough to work through listing, delisting over the holidays and timing of relisting again, ending up with 4 offers in the first day of relist. Ron did not force us into spending vast amounts of money or time staging our home but offered up great suggestions to de-clutter to make it more presentable. With the results, you can see it worked. Ron also took the necessary time to keep us update on a daily basis and to thoroughly explain the 4 offers along with pros/cons of each. He was with us every step of the way on the transaction and always answered any questions we had promptly. I would highly recommend Ron as your next agent as he operates with expertise and integrity.
