There is some many great things to say. He not only helped us purchase our first home, but four years later he helped us sell our home when we moved states. Ron truly went out of his way to help us in every way. When we purchased our home, Ron made sure that we knew of the in and outs of selling a home. He would help explain how the process works and helped us in what to look for in a home. The more amazing part was when we sold our home. He was really the best agent we could have asked for. He came out to help us remodel our bathroom! He worked with us on our crazy schedule and came over late one night to help us install a new sink counter top. Ron also helped us by helping repair several other some issues we had. The kicker, he helped by cleaning our home right before the sell. The man is amazing in every single way. I generally do not write reviews on my real estate agents but on this occasion, I felt the need to let others know about my experience with the latest sale. I’ve bought and sold many homes around the U.S and have dealt with a lot of different personalities when it comes to agents. Ron Radtke stepped into our life with incredible patience with us and expert knowledge of the local real estate market. He was patient enough to work through listing, delisting over the holidays and timing of relisting again, ending up with 4 offers in the first day of relist. Ron did not force us into spending vast amounts of money or time staging our home but offered up great suggestions to de-clutter to make it more presentable. With the results, you can see it worked. Ron also took the necessary time to keep us update on a daily basis and to thoroughly explain the 4 offers along with pros/cons of each. He was with us every step of the way on the transaction and always answered any questions we had promptly. I needed to sell a property that I got possession of just over a month prior. Ron accurately assessed the market and gave great insights on what would help it sell. Ron was always timely in responding to calls, texts, and questions. He had knowledgeable contacts to get work done; and he actually did some work on it and offered to do more. He researched things he needed to find out. He made several suggestions during the sale process that saved me a hundred or two here and there and that really added up in the end. He deftly handled the negotiations and got a better deal than I thought we could. It was listed and closed on in just over a month.
