Ron has the experience to get my house on the market and sold quickly.
Ron provided me answers for all my questions. Ron put me in touch with contractors who were able to get my property ready to be sold in a timely manner. Ron was able to handle all the paperwork necessary at close, facilitating everything even while I was out of state. Plus Ron is a nice guy personally.
