Ron goes beyond the call of simply trying to sell a house. He gave all the statistics necessary to help the seller become more knowledgeable about what is the best price at which to sell the home. He took it upon himself to make sure the landscaping around the house was up to par and even went so far as to get the great room and kitchen painted to make it more appealing. He goes out of his way to do whatever he can to make the house more marketable. Because the house was empty, he had pictures designed and put up on the wall outside of each room to show how each room could look, which helped the marketing of the house. He is a man of his word, trustworthy, very patient and does frequent follow-up to keep the seller informed. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their house.
Ron did a superior job in selling our home. We had MANY challenges along the way, including COVID, but he guided us through the process with his knowledge, experience & calm demeanor. Due in part to his tenacity in pursuing leads to market the property, we quickly got a great offer. Ron was always reachable. He promptly replied to emails/voicemails. Whenever we needed a contractor to repair something, he provided names of licensed people who did the work quickly & at a fair price. Finally, Ron went the extra mile when he linked us up with his former clients that moved to the same small town cross country that we were moving to! He is a fantastic real estate agent that we highly recommend. Couldn't ask for more.
In spite of COVID lock down descending less than a week after putting our home on the market - thus shutting all activity down for 6 weeks - the selling process went relatively smoothly. We did have an initial offer that went through to inspections but it was clear this potential buyer did not really have the funds to follow through. This delayed further showings but within a few weeks the perfect buyer came through and the entire process went through quickly and for close to our asking price. Ron was quietly patient with us when we became unsure whether we really wanted to move (due to COVID concerns) but it all turned out for the best because we love the house Ron also found for us and are really happy we sold now. The only real frustration has to do with having to go through 2 realtors all the time - we are used to European housing market where seller/potential buyer talk directly to each other from the start. We found it annoying to have this back and forth arrangement of contacting each other - but it is clearly the American realty system that is to blame for this.
