Ron is a very good communicator, very professional, helped effectively with the home inspection and negotiations and he knows the Denver 55+ communities. Ron worked with us remotely for months and then for about two weeks to find the right house and then he represented us effectively through and beyond the closing date.

Ron is very well versed in Anthem Ranch community , and its various homes/models. He set realistic expectations especially in current weak housing market. Ron gave feedback on our home. And quickly had an Open House first weekend house was on market. We were anxious to sell as we were buying another home and had 30 day contingency on that home.
