He negotiated a great deal for us, and he attended all inspections for us, as we were not able to. In the end, we wound up with a great house and we are so happy with it. I listed the house with Mr Hill on a family member's recommendation. He was well spoken and courteous from the onset, He talked on the phone and in person several times and as needed including coming to my new house out of town for signing of papers. He was always professional and down to earth so that relating was easy for me. I have no problems trusting Mr Hill. A number of offers were briefly entertained but were not suitable for a contract. Mr Hill was optimistic during the process but also realistic. The offer that did turn into a purchase was dealt with quickly and appropriately. I had numerous questions and concerns during the process which Mr Hill handled to my satisfaction. He also used a local title company for my closing that was helpful in every way. I would use Mr Hill again for an agent and recommend him to others.
