My wife and I used Ron for our first home purchase. I would like to say I was cool, calm, and collected the whole time, as anyone can tell you your first home purchase is a nerve racking ordeal. He was a big help in locating our house. I think I called every two days during the close of escrow "nervous me". Ron was very patient with me and always explained things in detail, he listened it's always nice to have someone actually listen to you. I wanted to find a home by the river in Sacramento. I really didn't know any realtors, so i figured I'd call my cousin Ron and ask him to refer me to someone in the area. He said he could help me. He came out here every day until he found me a house. I didn't have a clue on what I was doing. He was very patient and explained everything completely to me, regardless how many times I asked. His twin brother John took care of all the loan problems I had. The two were like a tag team. If one of them didn't have the answer, the other did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
