When my wife and I started to look for property in Merced, I had the great fortune to have a coworker who also was looking for Merced property recommend Ron Crain to me. Ron listened very carefully when we described the type of property we were looking for and quickly found several that might fit our needs. After just a couple of rounds of house hunting, we found the perfect property, Ron gave us great advice about negotiating with the seller to agree on a price that worked for us and Ron was awesome about working with the title company and our mortgage broker to make sure everything went smoothly with the loan application. He also helped set up inspections and since we were from out of town he personally made sure that the contingency work we requested was completely quickly so when we did our final inspection everything perfectly met our satisfaction.
