Bottom line up front, we cannot recommend Rommel enough as our realtor. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout the home-buying process. When my wife and I first hired Rommel to be our buyer's agent, we had moderate expectations given that he had only recently transitioned into real estate full-time. We can honestly say that he blew our expectations out of the water. Right from the start, he provided a clear timeline outlining ideal windows for pre-approvals, home viewings, offers, all the way through closing. Since we were purchasing out-of-state, nearly all communication was virtual. These non-ideal circumstances did not faze Rommel in the slightest. He walked us through every step of the process, explaining details thoroughly and ensuring we always knew what to expect or where to find answers. Even when things took a few unexpected turns while under contract, he provided the perfect blend of patience and sound judgment, doing his best to remove emotions from the equation and guiding us toward making the right decisions. At the end of the day, he never hesitated to give honest feedback, always prioritized our best interests, and kept us aligned with our home-buying goals. Some of the outstanding things he did for us as clients include 1) scheduled more than a dozen home-viewings within 48 hrs to accommodate our short visit to Fayetteville, 2) paid out-of-pocket for our HVAC inspections, and 3) provided two months of landscaping services since we had to delay occupying our new home after closing. Rommel has set a near-impossible standard for what we expect from real estate agents moving forward. We would be hard-pressed to find another realtor with the same level of commitment, motivation, and integrity that he demonstrated in both his professional and personal work ethic. As a veteran himself, we highly recommend him to military home-buyers as he understands the ins-and-outs of the VA loan process.

As first time home buyers we needed an agent that could explain the processes, tell us what to look for, and give us honest opinions from their point of view since we were not there for most of the process. Rommel exceeded everything we could have ever asked for. From our first interview he sent an itinerary ahead of time for talking points during our conversation and gave us time to do some research and come up with answers guiding the conversation to be useful and productive. Rommel was always reliably available and could answer call, texts, or schedule viewings whenever we needed. He has multiple contacts in the Fayetteville area to make the process seamless, from contractors, to loan officers, to anyone else you could need Rommel will know someone. When viewing homes he isn’t trying to sell you on a home he is trying to gauge if you’d be happy there so he points out flaws and is very up front about everything he sees. This is the number 1 thing that we appreciated and made us feel safe when we finally put an offer on a home. I can’t recommend Rommel and his team enough.

Rommel has been an amazing realtor. He took our requests and the limits of our budget and found us the absolutely perfect home for us. He’s been amazing every step of the way. He’s was present and always on communication with us. He found is homes went to showings with us and helped understand the ins and outs of buying a home. Rommel was very commutative and always acted on what was beneficial for us. He was patient and kind and truly became a friend to us! He guided us and helped us all along the way and answered any question we had , wether it was something small or big. Rommel was absolutely amazing! We were buying from out of state and unable to visit homes in person and Rommel went above and beyond to send us a ton of videos and answer so many questions for us. He really understood what we were looking for and was honest about each house he saw for us. We felt extremely comfortable buying our house with him even though we didn’t visit it in person.
