We purchased an investment property out of town. Not only did Romi drive to the property for us, she took detailed notes so that we wouldn’t miss a beat being a long distance away. We completed everything virtually and even signed virtually. Romi made certain this process ran smoothly. She ran into some issues (on the other parties behalf) and wasn’t afraid to stand up to make sure we got exactly what we needed. She asked all the right questions.
