My family and I were relocating to Hickory from several states away and couldn’t be there in person to tour the homes we were interested in buying as our first house. Romi made the whole process so easy by booking tours as soon as we expressed interest and sending us videos of the homes for us to view. Once we found a home we were interested in, she helped to guide us through the home-buying process from the time we made an offer, through inspection and any additional services needed, and ultimately all the way through closing. She was so quick to communicate with us if we had any questions and was on top of every part of the process. She even returned to our home during the due diligence period on an especially rainy day to ensure that an issue we were having with potential moisture in our basement had been taken care of properly.
