Before you second guess the five stars I'm giving Roman and his team, know that this is after the third transaction I've worked with Roman and company over the span of 12 years. Each time was a major success despite that each time, I second guessed his thought process and approach. They say fortune favors the bold but I also believe timing and talent have a huge part in it as well.
