Before you second guess the five stars I'm giving Roman and his team, know that this is after the third transaction I've worked with Roman and company over the span of 12 years. Each time was a major success despite that each time, I second guessed his thought process and approach. They say fortune favors the bold but I also believe timing and talent have a huge part in it as well. When Roman came to me in late November (21') to push for me to sell my home in the dead of winter, I thought he was kind of nuts. Considering other factors in my life happening I thought I had little to lose but some time and effort for Roman and his team. 100% would recommend Roman if you're looking to buy a home. We discussed what we were looking for, and from there he'd send us new homes to consider daily. When we wanted to see a home, he'd get us scheduled to see it as soon as possible (which is very important in this current market). He's also renovated quite a few homes, so during walk-throughs we could ask if a reno idea we had was feasible and he'd give us his honest take. When we found the perfect home, his guidance became absolutely indispensable. We definitely think it was his negotiation skills that helped us land the home (there were other interested buyers). To top it all off, he suggested some contractors and the one we went with is doing a fantastic job on our home as we speak.
