She has many connections, and if you are reasonable she will move your property as fast as you want it to move. She will call people, and boom! you have a nice deal. Very painless process; I can tell she has a lot of experience with investors and knows what they want. Called her because I got a flyer in the mail, and liked her go-getter attitude from the start. It was the best decision I made for the property.
