Roger was a Godsend to us!

Roger was a godsend to us! While most realtors like you to meet at their office for the initial meeting, that was not the case with Roger. He understood our busy life raising five kids so he offered to come to us. He showed up with a monitor and gave us a quick presentation then showed us numerous listings on the monitor and explained things to notice when looking at a listing. Needless to say, we were impressed. Roger continued to do this through Zoom weekly until we purchased our home. Since Roger has a background in renovating, it made him an asset when we viewed homes. He taught us what were deal breakers and what things could be negotiated. He bestowed a wealth of knowledge that went beyond home buying. Roger was determined to find us a home and it displayed in his negotiating skills. His offers were persuasive and appealing in a market that favors the seller. Our offer on our home was not the highest offer but it was the best offer. All because of Roger! He still calls us, nearly a year later, to offer insight on home ownership. We love you Roger!!
