Roei got it done!!! We recently closed on a 2 family in Malden, one of the hottest towns in greater Boston at the moment. There were 14 offers on the house. Only 2 didn't waive inspection. We were one of the 2. We beat a higher offer who waived inspection. Thats how good Roei is. Our offer was 9.5% over, (average/high for Malden) and aggressive with a tight closing time, high inspection threshold, and a large deposit. He thoroughly explained each step along way and we never felt uncomfortable with anything he suggested. His response time is second to none! You need comps? You'll get several that afternoon, neatly organized. You need S:L info? You'll have all the stats and trends for your neighborhood. Need a lender? He has several to recommend. I couldn't have been happier with the home we just bought, and everything Roei did to get us in there!
