Roei got it done!!! We recently closed on a 2 family in Malden, one of the hottest towns in greater Boston at the moment. There were 14 offers on the house. Only 2 didn't waive inspection. We were one of the 2. We beat a higher offer who waived inspection. Thats how good Roei is. Our offer was 9.5% over, (average/high for Malden) and aggressive with a tight closing time, high inspection threshold, and a large deposit.
