Rod is very personable and was always a pleasure to deal with.

Rod worked for us for about 8 months helping us look at many properties to find the right one that suited our needs and wishes. He was knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful in developing an understanding of what we were looking for [or not looking for] and showing us properties that he thought fit our goals. When we made bids he carefully walked us through the process and explained our choices, making it understandable. Once our bid was accepted, Rod was great at helping us identify and get all appropriate inspections and dealing with all other issues necessary to complete the purchase process. Finally, Rod is very personable and was always a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's terrific.
