I come from a long line of realtors, so when I say Rodney is one of the best realtors with whom I have ever worked, I mean it. Rodney is well-versed in all aspects of real estate procedures and protocols for his region, and was able to swiftly walk my husband and I through the home buying process. But, more than his professionalism, we appreciated Rodney's friendly and compassionate demeanor, his ability to genuinely commiserate with us when something didn't go according to plan, and to wholeheartedly celebrate with us when we finally found our dream home (!!). He has also been so kind to continue to share tips and suggestions with us as we settle into our new place. I can't recommend him enough!

It took us almost a full year to find our perfect vacation house in Arnold and Rod was so patient and full of expertise during the whole process. As buyers from the Bay Area, there are a lot of new things to think about with a house in Arnold--would a driveway be navigable in the snow, how old is the septic system, are the trees healthy, etc. Rod was (and continues to be) a veritable font of knowledge on Arnold real estate. He's also responsive and made the transaction as smooth as possible.

We cannot say enough AMAZING things about Rodney. He was always readily available, always had the best information & advice, or he would get the answer immediately. We felt so confident the entire time that everything was & would be smooth. There was never a delay in communication. He went above & beyond our expectations by snowshoeing to our future dream property to check it out since the roads were not plowed. He got escrow to close ahead of schedule per our hopes, even with a snow storm & the power in Arnold being out. He even hiked in again to meet us after the close of escrow! He is a gem of a Realtor & we are so lucky that we found him!

Rod helped us sell our cabin (that he helped us buy in 2019) and again his local knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness were fantastic. I couldn't recommend Rod highly enough. Communication was excellent and the process was painless. Thanks again Rod.

Rod helped us purchase a cabin in Arnold during a time when every home was receiving multiple bids (so it wasn’t easy). He was super patient with us, helped us figure out what was important, but never pressured us into anything. He grew up in Arnold and has intimate knowledge of the area and knows all local agents. He went above and beyond and was proactive about figuring out questions related to the properties, such as whether it was possible to get permits for modifications or what were options after a dubious septic inspection on one of the homes. Above all, Rod is a super human being who is fun to be around.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Rod is truly 5 stars. In the current market I don't think we could have closed on our new house if it wasn't for his local knowledge and negation skills. We're forever greatful for everything he did to make sure we found the perfect house for us.
