Rodman is basically part of our family now! He has been the go to agent for my wife's immediate family, helping out with both my Mother and Father in-law's home as well as my Brother and Sister in-law's! With this being our first home purchase, he obviously came highly recommended, and he far exceeded our expectations! He guided us through the process from first looking at homes, to finding and making an offer on the one we loved! (That is correct, it was the only home we made an offer on, and because of his relationship with the seller's agent we got it!) One thing that really stuck out to my wife and I was his honesty. He also helped dumb down everything during the loan process so we understood it, and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on.
