Roddy helped the reviewer sell this property

Roddy the Rock!

Roddy is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with (and I have worked with too many, lol). He was organized and had a plan from day one. Since he is extremely social in the Palm Springs community, that is what got the deal done. We had it under contract and the buyer backed out. Two months later the buyer came back and Roddy got it done from seeing the other agent out at a social event and it closed in 21 days. He is professional and sharp in how he handles himself.
