Rod is awesome! I can't say enough good things about him! I completed my fourth transaction with him a few months ago, two buying and two selling. After using two other Realtors for my first two transactions, and one for an out-of-area transaction, I'd never use anyone but Rod in the Portland area. His customer service is superb. He's attentive, often anticipating and answering questions before you even get a chance to ask. You get the feeling that he really cares, not only about your transaction, but you as a person. He's very knowledgeable, not only about the Portland area real estate market, but about marketing, construction, repair, and remodel issues. He thoroughly understands the whole buying and selling process. His experience is unmatched. Rod surrounds himself with other extremely competent Realtors in his office too, in case he's not available. I highly recommend him!
