Rod was an excellent realtor to work with. He made the process of selling our house and purchasing a new one as easy as possible, and with minimal stress. There was so much about the process that we didn't know about, but Rod did a great job of explaining everything and answering all our questions. He worked with us to narrow down what criteria we were looking for, and helped us understand what to look for when we toured houses. The process of buying a new house can be very stressful and overwhelming, but having a realtor who is very knowledgeable and patient helped my husband and I not only purchase our new house, but purchase a new house in a great neighborhood for a great price! This is our 2nd time working with Rod, and whenever we are ready to buy and sell again, we wouldn't go with anyone else but him. He is definitely recommended!
