My experience with Rocío de Dios was mixed. On the positive side, she was flexible, professional, and bilingual, which helped with communication, especially for my Spanish-speaking mother. However, there were significant challenges. Communication issues arose when dealing with the seller and lender, and Rocío’s insistence on using her husband as a lender created awkwardness. She also failed to negotiate necessary repairs and recommended a poor alarm service without taking responsibility when it failed. Additionally, she posted videos of our house on social media without consent and blocked me when asked to remove them. I would advise caution when considering her services.

My experience was great with Rocio, despite her living out of my county she was willing to meet up during the week and weekend to see homes with my husband and I, she was flexible and willing to answer our questions through the process. The only area I would have like more support in was with searching for homes, an app was provided for me to do the searching but with the business of work I would have loved to get more personalized suggestions of listings. Overall a positive experience.
