Rochelle helped me buy a condominium for my sister wishing to move to RI but currently living in NJ. She understood my sister's circumstances and with her market knowledge worked to show us just the right situation for her. The seller was on the West Coast, we were here in NJ. The seller had the Condo in an LLC which complicated the transaction, Rochelle was tenacious with the seller getting all the necessary information and documents necessary to complete the sale. And it wasn't easy. She kept me posted throughout The fact that none of the principals were in RI did not hamper Rochelle at all. The deal got done to our satisfaction. Believe me, if something has to be done - Rochelle will get it done - very pleasantly to boot. You can't do better than Rochelle.
