It can be really daunting to purchase a new home in a brand new area, but she was so knowledgeable and attentive that we felt complete confidence through every step of the process! She takes her commitment to her clients seriously and was always available via phone call and for showings, never made us feel pressured or rushed to commit to a home, and fought for us every step of the way! She followed up consistently with our lender and the buyer’s agent while we were under contract to ensure a smooth closing (and actually caught an important mistake the day before our closing date and immediately cleared it up with our lender- all without us having to ask her or worry about a thing)!! She even kept our one year old daughter (who loves her) busy during our closing so that my husband and I could sign all of the paperwork without issue. She was our realtor, but also became a genuine friend. We couldn’t recommend her more!

Rochelle helped me buy a condominium for my sister wishing to move to RI but currently living in NJ. She understood my sister's circumstances and with her market knowledge worked to show us just the right situation for her. The seller was on the West Coast, we were here in NJ. The seller had the Condo in an LLC which complicated the transaction, Rochelle was tenacious with the seller getting all the necessary information and documents necessary to complete the sale. And it wasn't easy. She kept me posted throughout The fact that none of the principals were in RI did not hamper Rochelle at all. The deal got done to our satisfaction.
