Capable and competent.

Real estate agents sometimes seem to be cookie cutter and transactional...often with the property doing most of the work. We've bought lots of properties, and Robyn was on the other side in this one, but was prompt, attentive, competent, capable and communicative. Instead of simple finding the path of least resistance, or drawing a line in the sand over every possible issue, she was thoughtful and provided both solutions and insight. I thought she represented the property well and suspect that her experience would translate to representing purchasers as well. Good job.
