Real estate agents sometimes seem to be cookie cutter and transactional...often with the property doing most of the work. We've bought lots of properties, and Robyn was on the other side in this one, but was prompt, attentive, competent, capable and communicative. Instead of simple finding the path of least resistance, or drawing a line in the sand over every possible issue, she was thoughtful and provided both solutions and insight. I thought she represented the property well and suspect that her experience would translate to representing purchasers as well. Good job.

She is incredibly busy, and yet she makes herself available for any questions/concerns you might have. She never made us feel stupid for asking questions and was always willing to explain anything to us if we asked for clarification. She also never made us feel like we "had" to make a decision one way or the other. She was great at explaining the pros and cons of the options before us, then stepping back to let us take the time to decide what we felt worked best for us.
