Our buying a property in the Villages was a positive rewarding experience due to Robyn’s first hand knowledge of the available properties. Her honest assessment of the properties we viewed was beyond helpful. She understood what we were looking for and only focused on those properties. She discussed the pros and cons of the different locations. Robyn was available by phone and returned our phone calls promptly. Robyn kept our best interest first and was a successful negotiator. As we were not here for the closing she covered all the little details involved in this procedure. I would give her 10 stars out of 5. If you want a realtor who will keep you first in her mind, Robyn would be that person.

Robyn was amazing and so helpful in the long process of us looking to buy in the Villages Fl from Colorado. Things got sticky and a little messy but Robyn never gave up and never stopped working for us. She was one of 5 realtors we talked to in the process and she was THE ONLY ONE who cared enough to help us find a home. She is knowledgeable and very focused . I watched a few YouTube videos that Robyn posted regarding life in The Villages and home sales/purchases which caused me to reach out to her for assistance with our potential purchase. From the moment we made contact Robyn, understanding our needs especially as out of state buyers, was extremely helpful and responsive going out of her way to do video walk throughs for us. Ultimately she helped us find the perfect home in The Villages, for which she helped facilitate certain aspects of the closing. She was kind enough to go above and beyond by meeting us very late at night as we arrived at our new home to be sure we settled in. She even provided us with a much appreciated, and delicious, hot meal knowing that we would be exhausted from extensive travel. Should we require real estate services in the future, we would not hesitate to work with Robyn once again.

Robyn was on fire when it came to all of our questions and she got answers pronto!. A very personable down to earth agent who was such a pleasure to work with. No matter how long a process took she was always jonny on the spot getting back to us for every detail during our purchase process. If i could change anything it would have been her access to speaking with the sellers as she had to go through the listing agent for every question that they would have had the answer for much quicker during the inspection process on our V.A. loan. I was amazed at her energy level and dedication to our every need. We commend Robyn!
