It was a great experience with Robyn and her team. This was a long process of finding the home that I loved. Robyn was very accommodating to the days and dates that worked for my schedule. When one mortgage institute did not work out she put in place someone that fought hard to get me the loan. As busy as Robyn is when she is working with you she makes you and your needs a priority.

Robyn helped me virtually find my home in The Villages. I lived in North Carolina and after a lifestyle visit, knew I wanted to move to TV. Robyn worked with me sending me listings via email for months. She helped guide me to the right house (after almost getting the wrong one)! If I was interested in a house, Robyn would walk through it while Face Timing me so I could see it remotely. She helped me spot undesirable things and pointed out special aspects of each house. But Robyn also went the extra mile for me. I wanted to get new flooring in the house that I purchased and have it installed prior to moving. She went to Lowes to pick up samples, went to the house and virtually showed me how the samples looked next to the tile. Then she made arrangements to let the delivery men into the house, and also let the installers in. Additionally, she was there for the home inspection. She did all of these things to help me when I wasn't able to physically be there. She was always upbeat and happy to help! Finally, she met me after I moved in and brought me a home-made lasagna dinner to welcome me to TV's. Besides, all of that, she always returned my calls quickly and was attentive to all of my requests. This is a lady you can depend on to meet your needs and find the perfect home for you!
