Robin kept in contact with me even though I'd left the area. When I had issues, she helped with suggestions and though the market was very soft, sold the house.

I am now a Floridian thanks to Robin's help. She made my transition from being a MA to a FL homeowner possible. Promptly responsive to my many questions. Went the extra mile serving in my place as intermediary between businesses and me because I am still in MA. Highly recommend Robin to those looking for a real estate agent. I dealt primarily with Robin but I could see how closely both agents communicated and updated each other on the progress of my sale. Robin sent a list to our Maintenance Department to expedite the issues noted on the Inspection report most of which were resolver prior to my closing on May 30th,2025. I would be the first to admit that I have little to no computer skills and this seems to be essential to applying for a mortgage and completing all necessary applications, forms and Doc u sign items. Needless to say my personal computer and I visited Four Star Realty several times and Robin assisted me. New Day USA was required to communicate with both agents and were very complementary with these interactions and I can understand their praise. All responses were timely and professional. I will be putting my current residence at 1355 Mayflower Avenue up for sale in the coming months and look forward to working with Robin and Shellie again when I do I was very pleased by the professional, knowledgeable, and expert assistance and support I received along the way. Selling a house when you are out of town can be a very difficult process but with Robin and her team is was extremely easy. They were extremely helpful in coordinating all the other parties (Estate Sale folks, Cleaners, Repair folk, etc.) through the process, something that was our responsibility but given the distance they stepped in to make sure the entire process went smoothly to the point where we closed 2 weeks earlier than expected.

Robin and Shellie were a pleasure to deal with! They sold my house in 48 hours when I expected it to be listed for months. They were very kind in answering my never-ending questions. I highly recommend them!!!!

Robin was wonderful to work with, we engaged her a few years ago when we were first interested in IRCC, and then circled back this winter to finally purchase a home.
