I dealt primarily with Robin but I could see how closely both agents communicated and updated each other on the progress of my sale. Robin sent a list to our Maintenance Department to expedite the issues noted on the Inspection report most of which were resolver prior to my closing on May 30th,2025. I would be the first to admit that I have little to no computer skills and this seems to be essential to applying for a mortgage and completing all necessary applications, forms and Doc u sign items. Needless to say my personal computer and I visited Four Star Realty several times and Robin assisted me. New Day USA was required to communicate with both agents and were very complementary with these interactions and I can understand their praise. All responses were timely and professional. I will be putting my current residence at 1355 Mayflower Avenue up for sale in the coming months and look forward to working with Robin and Shellie again when I do I was very pleased by the professional, knowledgeable, and expert assistance and support I received along the way.
